应用范围
BONDERITE C-NE 5021用于钢铁.、铝等工件的切削、冲压成形后的清洗，对钢铁和铸铁有钝化作用。
BONDERITE C-NE 5021广泛用于金属加工工业、发动机和传动器的制造业。
BONDERITE C-NE 5021用于热处理以后的清洗。

使用方法
一级或多级喷淋清洗机，浸渍，高压清洗。

操作控制：

浓度：   10 ~ 30 g/L

浓度测定：
移取100 mL样品于烧杯中，滴加甲基红指示剂，使用0.5N的酸标准溶液滴定至pH=5.5时，达到滴定终点，所消耗
的0.5N酸标准溶液的体积，乘以滴定系数，即为样品的浓度（%）。
注意事项
废水需经油污清除和中和处理，根据环保法规排放。
使用去离子水可增加防锈性能。

Aqueous neutral cleaner, applicable in spray processes

I. FIELDS OF APPLICATION :

Cleaning after cutting, stamping or pressing, simultaneously passivating steel, cast iron and aluminium work pieces, e.g.

in the metal working industry as well as in the manufacture of engines and transmissions.

P3- NEUTRAPON 5021 has to be applied after thermic treatment.

Operating processes :

Application in spray washers with one or more cleaning stages.
